Mazel tov!

It has finally happened. “Matchmaker, Matchmaker, make me a match!”

After four years of the RunnersKnees twitter account and blog the running supply shop and all round lovely peeps Runners Need finally said YES. Mazel tov! A marriage made in Heaven.

And what a yes it is, for you, dear readers, get to reap the rewards. How would you like a shiny new pair of Asics Gel Kayano 23s? As fresh as the Darwin tulips they resemble (in colour anyway)

I have one pair of these beauties to give away on Sunday 11^th September at the end of the UKRUNCHAT hour, boys or girls, orange or blue, after all the fun and games has died down.

It is simple, all you need to do is go for a run (you can do that, you are always doing that!) and then take a selfie (you can do that, you are always doing that!)… in front of a Runners Need store. Or better still IN a Runners Need store. Or better still IN a Runners Need store WITH Runners Need employees. I have drawn this for you below with indicative marks for effort awarded by The Fonz.

 

You then go onto Twitter and use the hashtag #KayanoGiveaway and tag me @RunnersKnees and @RunnersNeed when you post the photo. You can enter as many times as you like. The winner will be chosen by an independent panel of Fonzie impersonators on the 11th at 8pm.
