And so it begins continues….
Month 2 (weeks 5-8) of my training plan is here after the ball busting, leg cramping, energy zapping then ultimately confidence growing first month comes to an end at the British 10K this coming weekend.
Without further ado here it is…
First couple of things that jump out at me. 1. I will be getting up to 29K and my official longest run and 2. hills!
Beth and I have discussed hills and, with a hill being 2K up and 2K down, I am thinking Swains Lane or West Hill Highgate will be the way to go. All exciting stuff.
