Marathon Diet Week One

I have decided to try the paleo diet for a month to see if the weight loss that will undoubtedly be the result and the drop in processed sugars will help my mood and my training for the Berlin Marathon.

So, I do have food in the fridge that I need to eat. Only a couple of days worth, but once it is gone I am all over this.

Week one Diet

Current weight: 78.9KG. Target weight 74KG
